Our terms and conditions are designed to ensure the protection of the delicate coral reefs and the safety of our guests. We encourage all visitors to familiarise themselves with our terms and conditions to understand their responsibilities and rights during the eco-friendly snorkelling tour.

We emphasize the significance of adhering to these terms to support the ongoing restoration and preservation of the Aitutaki reefs.

In addition to general guidelines, our terms and conditions address various essential aspects such as visitor eligibility, environmental conservation commitments, tour modifications, liability limitations, and intellectual property rights. By familiarising yourself with our comprehensive terms and conditions, you contribute to the sustainability of Aitutaki's marine ecosystem and help us in our mission to protect and restore the coral reefs.

Guest Waiver & Participation

  • Life jackets are available on the boat for every passenger

  • VHF Radio & EPIRB for emergencies on the boat

  • Guests must be able to swim comfortably in the sea and to take self responsibility while snorkelling. We are there for extra info and guidance. 

  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

  • Guests with medical conditions should declare them to us at the time of booking so we can consider their situation. It won't necessarily preclude them but we may have to insist on safety measures. 

  • Guests with disabilities: We have experience in taking out guests with disabilities. Please ask so we can consider the situation and if we can make it happen safely, then we will.

  • Please be respectful to other passengers and the boat crew.
